Hey it's Rachel with WTI. I wanted to tell you about a supplement that I've been using. It's by Natural Factors and it's called Phosphatidylcholine. Now what in the world is that? It's a source of choline and it's something that's super important for brain health, for nerve health. The reason I'm taking it is I'm doing a liver cleanse and so it's helping to support my liver. My liver is filtering out all those crazy toxins. Now if you don't like to take pills, you might not have a hard time taking this one. Let me show you how big it is here. It's a soft gel and I personally find soft gels much easier to take than normal capsules or pills. Now you'll notice the size of it here but I find that it's very slippery and it slides right down my throat very easily. The recommended dose is 2-4 per day and there is 90 capsules in here.
