Our Point of View on Natrol Melatonin Fast Dissolve Tablets

Hey, this is Christina with WTI and if you're looking for a great night's sleep, I definitely would recommend Natrol's Melatonin. Now, Melatonin I really like a lot because it's something that is naturally occurring in the body. So this brand is actually really nice because the little pill tastes like strawberry and so it's quite pleasant to eat at night. Now, the Natrol Melatonin comes in 3, 10 and 5 milligrams. I believe you just kind of have to figure out like what's going to work best for you. So you don't want if you take too much, you could become groggy, you know, but you definitely want to get that good night's sleep. So you kind of kind of just see what works for you. I've even split a pill in half when I needed something kind of in between, but I definitely would recommend this for a great night's sleep and that is my point of view.
