It's so easy to wear. When you are working out, not only is it a sweatband, but you are also listening to your music at the same time. Actually, I am doing this video through this MUSICOZY right now. The sound quality is excellent. It's super easy to slip on. It's very comfortable. You have the control panel at the top. You have the speakers on each side by your ears so you can hear really well. While you are working out, it's also a sweatband. But don't worry, it's easy to clean.
