Transcript
This is Elizabeth with WTI and if you need a tent that you can go stargazing with and backpacking with, then check out this two person tent from the Northwood Summit Gear store. The frame of the tent is a mesh screen which is great for keeping out all the bugs and mosquitoes but it's also great for being able to stargaze. It's also a great use of being able to get fresh air because especially if you're camping when it's hotter then you're going to want a little bit more of a breeze. The outer layer is going to be for the water resistance so it's a completely separate thing that you throw right on top. Both of them have a door so it's one entrance. Both of them have its own zipper and you can even pull back the door and tie it to the side. One of the features inside the tent is that you have a little storage compartment. This is the two person tent so it weighs around five pounds. It's very easy to unpack. I definitely set this up in my backyard first that way I got comfortable with how to set up the tent. The frame of the tent is only just one pole that folds up really small and then it connects together. One of the tips that I found out while setting up the tent is that with the pole there is two of the sides that are closer together that is going to be for your entrance. The left side of the door is the only part that you're going to have to put the pole through tassels so set that one up first and it'll make the rest of the assemble super easy because of the rest of the frame actually just clips right on which is a really cool feature. After I practiced setting it up in my yard putting this tent up from start to finish only took me three minutes. I love how easy this tent is to assemble. You just have one pole and then you have the different spikes to put into the ground to ground your tent so nothing is flying away or to anchor down your water resistant tarp. And of course if you want a little bit more privacy or if you want protection from the weather then you have the water resistant outer layer that goes right on top. When it's time to go camping and you need a two-person tent that's going to keep you covered for the weather and let you stargaze and have a nice breeze at the same time then check this one out. That's just my point of view.
