Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles

Hey, it's Megan with WTI and I think that my number one food craving that I ever have is noodles. Noodles make me crazy in the best way. So I am beyond excited about these Momofuku noodles. These noodles are the fastest and arguably the tastiest way to satisfy my noodle cravings. I'm definitely no stranger to the instant noodle packets, but those do not hold a candle to these Momofuku noodles. Probably the only thing that they do have in common is how fast they are to prepare. These noodles cook up in about three minutes, but I love that instead of a little powder packet, you have a little sauce packet instead. This is amazing to me because I am not only a noodle fanatic, but I am crazy about sauce too. I found the sauce packet to have the perfect amount of sauce for the individual portion of noodles. I am really impressed by how super flavorful this sauce is. And when it says spicy soy, it really has a great spicy kick to it. The noodles are incredibly delicious and they have that addictive mouthfeel that makes me keep coming back for more. So far, I've only had these noodles as is. I haven't incorporated them into any recipes, but I am still totally pumped about them. So I'm looking forward to trying them out in some new recipes in the future. And that's my point of view.
