This helps so that I can feel great the next day without having a stiff neck. I know how terrible it feels to have neck problems. That's why I recommend this Milliard memory foam pillow. This pillowcase cover comes off and inside it looks so clean. This is a few years old now and it looks brand new. This bamboo cover can just be washed, machine washed. So having this has been so special for me and I think it would be special for you too. And that's my point of view.
