Once I put my moisturizer on, then I put spray this all over my face. And it is a mist. So you just mist it on, let it sit for a couple seconds and then you can go back in, do the rest of your makeup and then spray it one more time. Spray it over, especially over powder. And that will really help get rid of the appearance of powder and it will help the makeup have something to adhere to more to make it last. So afterwards I like to just go in with a sponge and just damp all around just to make sure I've really pushed that product into my skin. I really like the Milani because it doesn't have any super strong scent to it. There is a little bit of a scent, but it's not overpowering. It feels more like you've sprayed your face with water. A lot of setting sprays feel like you have sprayed like hairspray all over your face. That is not the case with this. It just feels like a very light, nice, cooling mist. And this can help your makeup last up to 16 hours. So I am a big fan of this product. It is definitely one of my go-to setting sprays and that is my point of view.
