Hey guys, it's Joelle from WTI and I always use primer under my makeup. I use it on my face, I use eyeshadow and this is my go-to eyeshadow primer I use, Milani eyeshadow primer. I use it every day that I wear eye makeup because it makes my eye makeup stay put. I put it on before I apply it. I let it sit on there for a couple of minutes to really adhere to my eyelids and then I put my eyeshadow on and my eyeshadow stays on all day. It doesn't cause any irritation. I tend to get sensitivity around my eyes. It causes no irritation at all. I can wear it with, if I wear contacts, I can wear it with my contacts and it doesn't bother my contacts or cause any irritation. It is a little bit thicker. Let me see. I use it a lot. So as you can see, it's a little bit thicker. It goes on like a cream color but it blends right in and you actually don't have any color on once it sets into place. If you are looking for your eyeshadow to stay put, I highly recommend it. It's affordable. It's one of the best eye primers I have found and that is my point of view.
