Hi there, Elaine here with WTI. When Mike's Hot Honey infused with chilies came into our house, I was a little afraid. But I love honey, so it has the same consistency as honey, but as you can imagine with the chili, it gives you a very kind kick in the pants. And I loved it. So I'm a little bit sick and I made my own version of a tea, which I found the ingredients on Mike's Hot Honey's page. And it was yummy. It has hot honey, it has lemon and bourbon, and you can also add cinnamon and ginger, but I didn't have that. I enjoyed the tea and hot honey and bourbon altogether. It was wonderful. And I think you will too. So try Mike's Hot Honey in your next recipe. I love it. I highly recommend it. And that's my point of view.
