I'm Heather with WTI. I need to show you my son's favorite possession right now. It is this gorgeous blue cello by Chichilio. It is a full-size cello. I'm trying to show you how giant and delicate it is. The bridge does not come installed because they want to protect it during travel, but very easy to set up as soon as it gets here. We just used a free app to tune it. The cello comes with a protective cover that is padded, but still lightweight. It has compartments to keep your extra strings, any notes, and tools for care of both the bow and cello. Here's the bow pocket. It comes with a horsehair bow as well as a stand. The stand has nice foam wrap so that it protects it while holding it steady until you're ready to play it again. You're going to want to just score the razzon and that is what you use on the bow. The horsehair strings need that in order to play properly. It has a nice graduated color from blue to natural. This is great for adults and for children. As you can hear, I need a lot more practice in order to get good at this, but it is perfect for both young and old alike to pick up and learn. So we're going to give it a try. We're going to see if this is a skill that the kids can pick up, even though my little one would rather book than use the bow. We've had so much fun getting to learn this and we have so many more exciting days ahead of us as we pick this skill up. It's such a rich and enjoyable sound. Maybe you'll learn right along with us.
