This is McCormick Organic Onion Powder and we use onion powder for so many different recipes and it's nice to have this one on hand which is organic and non-GMO. I love the top on this because it's a little flip top so you don't easily lose the cap and it has a shaker top and you can also easily unscrew that and then you have the open top as well. So the flavor on this onion powder is really delicious. It has a lot of flavor even for being a dried spice and I just love it. I use it all the time and that is my point of view.
