First off, you just flip the little cap open here at the top just like that and you are ready to go. It has a little seal under there but then you can see the little places where you can shake it out at an even pace. You don't have to worry about it spilling all over the place. You can use it in baking. You know, just sprinkle it on your food. A little tiny bit on your food. Sometimes a little cinnamon can go a long way. So, they give you a plentiful amount.
