MAXLANDER Cordless String Trimmer

Hey I'm JT with WTI. I don't want to tell you why this MAXLANDER 20 volt cordless string trimmer impressed me. I wasn't sure how the wheels were going to work since I've never really used anything like this for edging, but I really liked how I created a consistent cut so I could focus on making a straight line along the edge. And unlike my gas trimmer where I have to hold it awkwardly up in the air, a press of a button and the handle rotates 90 degrees. Another press of a button and you can adjust the angle of the head. The stabilizer handle is also very easy to adjust to match your height and comfort level with just the push of a button. For getting into smaller areas of my yard, it worked fine on the grass and weeds, and it was so lightweight it really made it a lot easier. The tool comes with two lithium ion batteries and a fast charger along with six extra spools. I like that they decided to have two batteries rather than one large battery because you can have the other battery charging if you're working on a really large project. While I initially thought this would be a backup to my gas trimmer since I'm having a little bit of problems with it right now, the way this performed, I don't see any reason why I wouldn't use this as my main tool around the yard. The added benefit is I don't have to worry about buying fuel and the added maintenance. Plus it's very light which makes the job easier and it even collapses down to a smaller size. So if you're looking for a string trimmer, whether as a backup to your gas trimmer or as your main tool for edging and getting in all the nooks and crannies of your yard, I think this Maxlander 20-volt cordless string trimmer is a great choice and that's my point of view.
