Hey guys, it's Chelsea with WTI and today we're in my garage, my whole gym, talking about this Maximo fitness exercise mat. So I have it in the color pink and they have many different other colors so don't let that deter you. But I'm in love with how it came. Now it came with this carrying case and I love that I can use it, roll it up, put it in the corner and it's not taking up any space in my gym as well as I can take it with me on the go if I want to go to the parking stretch or if I even want to take it into my house and do some stretching while watching tv while on my mat. So here's what it looks like when it unravels and it's really the perfect size because no matter how tall you are, how short you are, it's going to fit you. Now what I have been using it for lately is of course my stretching. So anytime I'm done working out, I need to get in at least 10 minutes of stretching. I unravel my mat and I get into my stretching. I've been loving to use it for like ab workouts if I'm working my abs at day and my core unfortunately. It's been really great for that as well. So it's giving my back my butt support when I need to do abs and not just on the concrete and so it's giving me support to get that core work in as well as the support of my body when I'm doing my planking. If you're looking just for a great exercise mat to add into your home gym, I recommend this one right here. That's my point of view.
