Hi, I'm Luisa with WTI and this MATCHA has really helped me have a boost of energy throughout the day without feeling jittery. If you're like me and high caffeinated drinks make you feel jittery, don't you worry because MATCHA really helps. And I really like this one because it's 16 ounces and it lasts me about 7 months. So this is what it looks like compared to a peanut butter. It really is a great choice. How I use it is I make green tea lattes in the morning or whenever I need that boost of energy throughout the day and it really does help me concentrate and it even improves my mood. It's really awesome and I hope you like it too. And that's my point of view.
