So about 30 minutes before I take it then I get ready for bed and at that point about 30 minutes in you're gonna start noticing their eyes feel real heavy and you're gonna fall asleep and have really good sleep after you've been taking this for a little while. They say about a tablespoon and so that's about a third of a shot glass. Put in a shot glass because it's just easier, you do about a third and this really does taste like a cranberry dream. I just really like it, it's helped my sleep and that's my point of view.
