Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI and I'm here to show you my Pilates ring. So I really enjoy Pilates and I love Pilates even more when they add fun little gadgets. So this is an interesting tool and when you're in classes they'll explain to you exactly how to use it. But for example, you can kind of like have your legs up at tabletop, push yourself up and then just push your arm. Now this works out your stomach, your arm. There are lots of different ways you can use this Pilates ring. This has been good for me. I've had it for a pretty long time. It has held up very well. I honestly have no complaints about it. It is late weight and I recommend it if you are interested in Pilates. Find yourself some classes that deal with the Pilates ring because you will not regret it and that is my point of view.
