Hello, it's Alicia with WTI. I want to show you something I love to keep in the pantry. This is Lundberg organic basmati rice and this rice is delicious. I love how light and fluffy it is. It's really easy to cook up. It takes no time at all. You just rinse the rice and then cook it up like any other type of rice. I usually just cook it on the stove top but if you had a rice cooker you could do that as well. I love that the greens are long. They're very fluffy and it just has a really beautiful flavor. So I love to serve this with an Indian style curry. I think it really brings out the flavor and it's just really delicious. So definitely something I would recommend and that is my point of view.
