So when you're going for those long runs, it helps because the shirt is completely breathable and it doesn't hold in heat or moisture, which is not something runners want. So if you are looking for a good t-shirt, you're looking for a nice breathable t-shirt, this is one that I would definitely recommend. They're amazing. The LULULEMON brand is incredible and trust me when I tell you, your husband will love this shirt or your boyfriend or your significant other, whatever, just grab yourself one.
