Lotus Biscoff Cream Sandwich Cookies

Hi guys, this is Ivy with WTI and today I just wanted to share with you my new favorite cookies. These caramelized sandwich cookies with Biscoff cream. Let me tell you why I love them so much. Now let's talk about the taste because these cookies are delicious. If you like sweet cookies then these are for you. I absolutely love the combination with the cookie butter and the Biscoff cream. I think it is so so so good. And these cookies are so crunchy and crispy. So I think it all just adds together to make a great combination of flavors and crisp. As you can see here, the cream is the perfect amount. It's not too much, not too little. I don't think it's overbearing at all compared to other cookies and I especially love the design. I love the engravings all throughout the cookie. It really makes the design unique and it really stands out. It's also great that each package comes with 15 cookies so you can share with you and your friends. And of course, I also love that they only use natural flavors. There are no additives or preservatives or colors or anything like that and they are vegan friendly. I love these cookies so so so much. They are super sweet and delicious and I always recommend them to all my friends but that's just my point.
