It has 17 concentrated ingredients that also has protein. It also has almond oil in it. And I have started using it because I noticed a little bit of damage to the ends of my hair. I have short hair but it still tends to get damaged and so I wanted to give it a try. It's a thick balm. It goes on pretty thick but you let it sit in your hair. First you shampoo your hair and then you let it sit in for about three to five minutes and then you rinse it out and it smells so good. I love the way it smells but I really like the results. I actually didn't put any product in my hair because I wanted you to see how healthy it looked and how shiny that it turned out. I really think that this product does what it claims it does.
