I like that these are third-party tested. I think they're great quality and they're in 90 capsules that come in this. It's super easy to take. You can see that they're just a normal capsule size. I'll just take them with water. I'll take one or two throughout the day and I really like all of the different liver protecting ingredients that it has. For instance, there's dandelion root, artichoke leaf, milk thistle. All of these things are known to really help and support the liver. I'll take them with food just once or twice a day and I find that they're powerful enough. They help my liver but at the same time they're not irritating my stomach. There's so many chemicals that we're breathing in. We're ingesting on a daily basis and we know that the liver is a filter of our body and so these supplements just help to keep the liver functioning optimally. That's why I love them.
