Hey guys, Brian here with WTI. I want to take just a minute and tell you guys about this Lifesmart Pellet Smoker. It doesn't take any time at all to get it set up out of the box. Once you get it set up, quick burn off. Well, quick, takes an hour to burn it off, but super simple and while I had it burning off, I wanted to check and see how accurate it really was because they claimed that it will stay within a degree of your set temperature. So I watched it for the entire hour, had my son out here playing around and I kept an eye on the gauge and it was always at 400. A couple of times it went to 401, a couple of times it went to 399, but 99% of the time it stayed right on 400. So you can feel confident when you put something in here at 375, 400, whatever, it is going to stay at that temperature. It's not going to fluctuate. Does a phenomenal job keeping temperature. Once you have your burn off done, it's super simple to actually cook on it. All you do is put a half cup or less of the wood pellets down into the burn cup at the bottom, put your goods back in the grill and get set up the way you want to cook. Then all you do load the hopper up and then put whatever your desired food is in here. And for the video I'm showing you guys now, I actually did veggies to do some smoked salsa. We absolutely love salsa. So it was just a natural thing. We are going to cook some salsa on this. We love it smoked. So that's what we did. We used cherry wood pellets for this because you don't want to use a hardwood that is too harsh. So fruit woods are a great way to go with that. One really nice thing about this grill too is this one has the optional griddle attachment. And I love cooking on cast iron, love cooking on a griddle. And one of my favorite things to cook on it is tortilla pizza. It's super simple. All you do is take a tortilla, some pizza sauce, some cheese, whatever toppings you want. And boom, you've got a pizza few minutes on the griddle and it's ready to eat. And the great thing about doing it this way is I don't have to cook multiple big pizzas to satisfy everybody in the house. We can cook a small, simple tortilla pizza and everybody has what they want. It's made to their liking and there's no massive leftovers. It's not a huge cleanup. It's super simple, quick and easy. And that's just one of the many things we'll be cooking on this griddle. We'll be doing pancakes, bacon, eggs, the whole nine yards because I love cooking on cast iron. Just absolutely love cooking on a griddle. It gives you such a better sear on your food than anything else, especially aluminum or, you know, any of these coated surfaces that are nonstick. It just doesn't do the same as a good old fashioned griddle. You just can't match it. So guys, like I said, great investment. I think this thing is going to do many years of great service. We're going to be cooking on this so much. And that's just my point of view.
