LIFECT Essential Breathable Gloves

Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI. Whether you work out at home or you work out in a gym, you always want to be as comfortable as possible. I want to show you these workout gloves from LIFECT that I really like because they can do just that. So these workout gloves are a great way to protect your hands and they are also a great way to improve your grip. And I love that these are super comfortable because definitely want comfort. Number one priority with workout gloves. So these are nice and stretchy. They have this breathable mesh fabric here, this nice hole, which also allows for good airflow. So you're not going to be overly sweaty. There is a lot of padding on the underside, which is awesome. I think that these are perfect when practicing pull ups and also holding heavy barbells or dumbbells. They just really make it more comfortable. There's a velcro strap, which is adjustable and of course keeps them on nice and tight and snug. And then when you're ready to take them off, there's actually these little pull tabs, which just make it easy to pop them off even if your hands are sweaty. So I've been really happy with these gloves and I think that they have made my workouts a lot more comfortable. And that's my point of view.
