I don't know about you, but I don't always have the time or the money to go ahead and book myself a massage every time I need one. I'm Gina with WTI and I've been able to find some relief by using a tool at home. This is the lifechill trigger point massage tool and it can do deep tissue as well as gauchois and a lot of other things. One of the main things I really like about it is I'm able to use it on myself without needing someone else to help me for most areas. I like to try to figure out where I might have a trigger point that needs release by just massaging by hand first. And then I use the gauchois on top of that to kind of loosen it up. And then I'll use one of the pointed ends to apply gentle, even pressure for about 20 seconds in that spot. And then I'll use the top of this, the rounded part, and move it quickly over that spot. Again, just to work that knot out and it feels so nice and soothing and relaxed afterwards. I also love to use this on my feet for reflexology, especially having those points really helps you to get into the little areas of your feet that you're wanting to target. This has a nice heft to it. It's comfortable in your hand, easy to use, and it just makes you feel so much better after using it. I highly recommend it and that's my point of view.
