Hello there, I'm Ree with WTI and I wanted to share this with you because it really helped me with my plantar fasciitis pain and my husband with his restless leg syndrome. I was in so much pain for the last couple months with the plantar fasciitis pain and a dear friend who has similar issues had recommended this and huge relief. So here's how it works. You have about four sprays and you get 70 milligrams of magnesium. So you just spray it where you hurt and then you rub it in. What I like is this is not super sticky or tacky. Now after about 20 minutes you are gonna possibly see salt residue from the magnesium and you can rinse that off or if it doesn't bother you you can just stay with it. Now my husband will put these on before he goes to bed on his legs and he doesn't have the restless leg near hardly at all with this. That has been kind of a surprising thing. We didn't get it for that but it was a nice side bonus. You might notice if you have sensitive skin you might notice a little tingling. I have tougher skin so I don't but my husband has more sensitive skin so he notices a little tingling for the first couple minutes but it's not huge. We like it so much. We got two. So one for him and one for me. So I really recommend these and I hope it helps you as much as it does us and that's my point of view.
