They come like this in the package and you just open them up and fill them with whatever you want. No need to buy filler. I use this as a great opportunity to get rid of clothes that was stained and torn. And here you can see the details and the different tones throughout the skin. I just love that it's not perfect. So depending on how much you stuff it, it will be a little firmer or softer. And as you can see, this one's a little bit warmer toned and I just really love the color variation. On top of them being beautiful, they are extremely functional. My children are loving them. My daughter is young and she personally feels like these are the perfect height for her.
