Hey everyone, it's Paula from WTI and this right here is the YACHI IPL Hair Removal. So I had never done laser hair removal even in a salon or anything so I was so scared to try it at home but I definitely was curious and I'm so glad I went for it because it turns out this is a very easy treatment to do on yourself. Especially when you have such a good machine like this one. But to start off, it's not as painful as you think. So if you are scared of laser hair removal, don't be. There is a setting from 1 to 9 as far as intensity and if you're like me that is very hesitant to get hurt for beauty purposes, just stay to a low setting like 2. That's the one that I have preferred. So this has a cooling element right here that when you turn it on, it's going to be cooling your skin while the laser is going as well. And you're going to want to make sure you're wearing these because the flash is bright. So my biggest hold up was not understanding the technology but the way the light works is that the melanin in the hair shaft is going to absorb the light heat and that is going to fry it essentially. So the biggest question, does it work? I'm happy to say that yes. This is a 12 week program treatment. I haven't gone through all of it but I have already seen a difference. I can tell that my skin is even brighter in certain areas because some of the hair is not growing back. So I highly recommend it. Don't be scared of doing this at home but that is just my point of view.
