Hi, I'm Brittany with WTI and opening tin cans can be a dangerous business. So this Kuhn Rikon can opener makes that job a little safer. So this is nice because it cuts outside under the lip of the lid of the tin can. That actually is the main reason why I got it. I started making candles out of recycled goods and I wanted a lid for the top of my candles, even though I was using a tin can. And if you cut on the inside of it, you can't really do anything with that. But if you cut on the outside, you have this nice lid that is properly cut because it cuts under the lip. You have now a nice lid for this tin can. If you add a handle, you can turn this into a pretty decorative piece. It does such a nice job in cutting. There are no sharp edges when you lift it up. You don't have to worry at all for any possible slices. It is a really nice item that's so well made. I like that it has, as you get up close, kind of looks like a parrot beak. Put the lip of the lid right into that, press this down, pull it up. It works really, really nice. I have really liked this. It has helped me with this possible business idea that I am working on.
