Hi guys, it's Kate with WTI and I wanted to introduce you to the Kolua Wax Kit. This is such an awesome kit. It comes with everything you need to get started with at home waxing. So if you're new to doing things on your own, this is a really, really good kit to start with. So I've been doing at home waxing for a long time. My old wax pot was bright orange and it was due to be replaced. And so I chose this one and I've been thrilled with it. You get four different kinds of wax beads. So one is for your face, your brows, your upper lip, all of that kind of thing. You have these ones which are for all over body and then this is for coarse hair and bikini area, that type of thing. Really simple to use. So what you're going to want to do is crank up the heat all the way. It's got a really nice digital display which I love so you can see exactly where your heat is at. As your beads start to melt, when they're about halfway melted, you're going to want to drop it down to the temperature that you want. So they recommend between 130 to 160. That way it's safe. You don't burn yourself, but it's still very effective. Meanwhile, you will want to prep your skin. So I love that it comes with these two things that you need. So this is a pre-wax oil. So obviously you're going to want to have cleansed dry skin, but this will prep your skin. You put a little of this, wipe it on, and then your skin is ready to wax. And then it comes with the post wax oil. So after you've waxed, this will soothe your skin. So you apply this afterwards. You also get your applicators, so your large ones if you're doing legs or any large surface area. And then these teeny ones, perfect for brows. You can be accurate, not take off your whole brow. So these are fantastic. When you've reached the right temperature, this little indicator light will turn green. So you know that you're ready to wax. You'll apply it. You push a little bit on it so that it really sticks to the hairs, and then you pull opposite to hair growth. Obviously, if you're doing legs and things like that, you're going to want to really let your hair grow out. I think they say a quarter inch. But for brows and facial hair, I don't find you need a whole lot of hair because it's so fine and it rips it right out. It's virtually painless. Of course, it's waxing. There's going to be a bit of pain, but I love these beads. I find them really, really gentle on the skin. So if you're looking for an at-home wax kit, I cannot recommend this enough. Another really cool thing before I forget is that it has this little silicone insert. So if ever you decide, okay, well, I did my face, but now maybe the next day you want to change and do your legs, you can pop out your wax. So because it's silicone, this will pop right out. You can save that wax to reuse it, make sure that it doesn't get gunky, and then switch to a different kind of wax. So I thought that was a really cool thing that they included that works out really well. So definitely recommend it. And that's my point of view.
