Our Point of View - KitchenAid Artisan Series 5Qt Mixer

Welcome to our point of view. I'm Matt, this is Josh and we are What Tools Inside and today we are talking about the KitchenAid Artisan Mixer. This is a great series Matt. This is a very powerful, powerful motor and a lot of different accessories that come with the mixer. Now as you can see it's in the upright position and you have a bowl. Yeah. And that comes standard obviously. Which locks in place by the way. But what's really nice about this bowl is that when it's full, like when you've got a full thing of bread dough or whatever in here. Right. It's still easy to take out and handle. Yeah. Because if you're not grabbing it by the edge of the side or whatever you got a good sturdy handle. It's good for pouring and everything else too. Yeah. So some of the attachments are your standard whisk. Now look how easy these turn on. You just put it up, lock it in place and it's in place. And there you go. Now you switch it on. And you can have difference. You have a feed pipe here. See this feed tube? Yeah, you throw your food in there. You mix things up. Maybe putting chocolate chips in your dough for your cookies or whatever you're going to do. Throw it in there. I'm going to demonstrate how this spins here. I can't see it. You got to get the bowl away. Oh, okay. Let me do that. Let me take the bowl away so you guys can see how it actually works. It doesn't just sit in motion and spin it on the spot. Like it moves around. Watch. See? So it gets all the sides of the bowl. It's got a very powerful motor to be able to handle. To be able to handle that heavy, heavy dough. Right? Yes. Really great. But that's got a very sturdy base. You're not knocking this thing over. The whole table is moving. The other nice thing about it is you see it's in the lock position right now. Now I can lift it up. But it has different accessories. This is the bread accessory. The bread dough hook. Dough hook. So same idea. That'll spin your dough. It's kneading it. Right? Like you would as if by hand. And you have your paddle. Let me show you that. Okay. There he goes. Nice. Now, not only that. You got it, right? Look how it's... It's quiet. It's working away in the kitchen while you're doing something else. It is very nice. Doing your job. Now, not only does it have these attachments, but this is capable of having additional attachments. You listen to this front tip here. And you're able... There are a lot of different attachments you can put on the end of that. But you were saying sausage... Like a sausage sufferer or meat grinder. Things like that. All sorts of great things that you can put. It's more than just a mixing bowl. Yeah. So really ideal if you do a lot of home cooking. And these come in like a lot of different colors, by the way. Like 45 different colors or something. So match your kitchen. Yeah. Maybe you've got a special looking kitchen. You want to match it up. Why not have this mixing bowl that looks good? And it's KitchenAid. So you can stand behind the name. It's something that everybody wants in their kitchen. Everybody really wants this, but they don't know if they're going to use it. But if you know that you're going to use it, it's definitely worth a purchase. But that's just my opinion. And my point of view. Or if it's going to be our point of view. Whatever the case.
