Kevala Sweet Almond Oil, 1 Gal

Hey, it's Gina with WTI and if you're like me and love doing your own skin and hair care products, you have got to check out this sweet almond oil from kevala. First off, this is natural California grown almonds that have been cold pressed to produce a really wonderful oil. I recently had a do-it-yourself party with some friends where we made some hair oil. I did get the one gallon size because I have quite a few friends and we're going to be continuing to make skin and hair care products together. I did go ahead and funnel it into a smaller bottle for use at our party. That way we weren't dealing with the bulky one gallon bottle. Almond oil is known to be a really good carrier oil for beauty products which means that you can add in your own essential oils. It helps it to absorb into your skin and hair and carry that essential oil with it. This almond oil has a really neutral scent to it so it's the perfect base for adding in essential oils. Almond oil is an emollient which means that it can actually fill in the gaps in your hair at a cellular level so it helps it to feel smoother and it gives it a soft texture and shine. It'll help detain flyaways and fill in split ends so it's really a win-win when using it on hair. I'm so happy that I found this sweet almond oil from kevala. I really appreciate that the almonds are grown in California and that they're naturally refined so it gives me a really high quality product and that's my point of view.
