Hey there, this is Stacey with WTI. If you do a lot of home workouts then you definitely need a good set of yoga blocks. Having two at the same time is really useful for a lot of different things that you may do in your workouts. These blocks are really, really a nice dense foam. They are absolutely great. I love being able to use them and feeling confident that they are not going to bend at all or get off center because of stepping on them or using in my body weight workouts. They are that really, really thick foam, really, really well made. I love the round edging so they are nice and comfortable on the hands. I love this dark color as well. They come in a variety of colors but I went with the navy and I really, really love using them in my workouts. Really nice to have a set of well made yoga blocks. I would definitely recommend getting these but that's just my point of view.
