Hey there, it's Ashley from WTI. What I have here is Judee's Gorgum. Now gorgum is used to bind gluten free flowers or to thicken things like gravy, salad dressings, and that's what I use it for. So I got this because I wanted something that was going to be more natural to use in a place of cornstarch and things like that, in my baked goods and also my salad dressings. This is also perfect for your kids' science experiments. So I also use it in thickening bubble solution for big bubbles for my son. So it has a variety of different reasons, and it's always worked really well for me. So what I do is I just go ahead and put it in my oil and vinegar so it doesn't separate, and that's a really great use for this. It's been a really nice product to use. It's non-GMO.
