It looks and feels like silk on your skin. Now, I don't know much behind the science of it all and that's okay. All I need to know is that the unique cooling properties of this quilt really help regulate my body temperature. And I can totally testify to this. So ladies, hot flashes don't need to be so daunting with this quilt close by seriously. The high quality breathable fabric really encourages better air circulation when you're sleeping or even taking a rest or when you're wrapping that around you just to cool down a bit. It keeps the right body temperature. There's loops if you want to use it as an insert. And what about the care? Well, you got it. You just pop it in the washer and then hang it to dry or tumble dry on low. Couldn't be easier. And for whatever reason, if you need to store it for a while, no problem. It comes with a mesh bag. You just need to fold up your cooling quilt and put it in the bag and store it until you're ready for the next use. It's cool to the touch. It feels so soft against your skin. It works like a char with my hot flashes. This cooling quilt from Jelly Money has really exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with it. And that is my point of view.
