Hey guys, it's me Rachel with WTI. I was just taking my daily supplements and wanted to share with you a probiotic that I really like to take. This is a specific strain of probiotic. It's called sacromitase boulardii and it's by the brand Jarrow Formulas. Now I really like taking this specific strain. A lot of people take probiotics from Got Health and I personally feel that it really helps me with my health. This specific strain sacromitase boulardii doesn't need to be refrigerated like a lot of other probiotics do. I find it really convenient and it makes me remember to take it every day because I can take it wherever I'm going. I also like taking it when I'm traveling as well. Another thing that I like about this brand and this bottle is it comes in 180 capsules. So this is going to keep me going for a long time. I'll show you to the size of the capsule. It's not huge. It's just a normal capsule size and I just take the recommended dose which is on the back one to two capsules a day. So I found that it's really been helping me out. It's a product I really like.
