Our Point of View on IQBAR Brain and Body Keto Protein Bars

Hey, it's Kate with WTI. I am always, always grabbing a protein bar with me, whether I'm around the house and I need a snack or I'm on the go. I always need a snack with me and it can be a real challenge for me to find a protein bar that is plant-based and that doesn't have too much sugar added into it. So I was really excited about this IQBAR. Lemon Blueberry, which is one of my favorite flavor combinations. So I was extra excited about it. But what's super cool is it has 12 grams of plant-based protein and only two grams of sugar. So I was so excited to be able to find this protein bar. Check it out. You can see that, oh, I can already smell it too, just opening it. You can see the little pieces of blueberry and lemon. It smells really good. It's got an awesome consistency and such a good lemon blueberry flavor. It is super, super yummy and it's sweet, but not too sweet with just two grams of sugar. So I love this because it's a great snack that I can grab when I need a little snack, but I also want to get some protein in. 12 grams of plant-based protein tastes amazing and I can grab it with me on the go. That's just my point of view.
