I really like how it holds up and I like that it can give you a workout at your home when you can't get out to a gym. So let me show you how it works. It will arrive deflated. The triangular line is more firm and it makes it more effective to improve the endurance, speed and accuracy. You can add a weight to the bottom and connect to the tap. It is adjustable suspension so I noticed that over the past year and a half it has needed to be tightened so that it keeps the elasticity tight. It is just unattached. It held up really well. We love it. It gives us a great workout and you probably need one also. That's my point of view.
