Of course you can use it for cooking. It's a low heat oil so it's great for baking, salad dressing, stiffing oils. I'm not a big cook but I get this product for a different reason. It's also a great hair and facial oil. It's also a number one oil for massages because it's hyperallergenic, it's very mild, it's great for sensitive skin. For a facial oil it's high in vitamin E so it's great for antioxidants. It also has vitamin A which is good for not clogging pores and acne flare ups. So I think it's great. I use it a little bit as a eye makeup remover as well because I know it's mild and gentle and it can take my makeup off without anything harsh. Some people use it at night and they put it under the rise for dark circles. I've never tried that. But there's so many uses. Look it up. If you haven't bought this product yet I highly recommend it. But that's just our point of view.
