Our Point of View on INNOCEDAR Home Gym Bar Kits

Hello, my name is John with WTI and today I want to show you how I stay fit even when the gyms are closed and you have to work out only at home. So I got this INNOCEDAR gym kit. It's a home kit exercise band kit and I absolutely love it. So one of the main reasons why I got this exercise band kit is because it comes with this bar. So now let's head up to my roof and I'll show you why I love it. Now I have found that this kit is a very high quality kit. I love the different bands that it comes with, the bar especially. They have these foot loops that I use probably the most for my exercises. You also have these ankle bracelets for hamstrings, you have handles and also a door support so you can work out inside. Now I'm an intermediate lifter and so far I've found that this provides enough resistance for myself and my workouts. Normally I use two bands on each side with many of my exercises, three bands on each side and I find that you can basically get a very good workout for every single muscle in your body. This is an awesome kit for I think both beginners and intermediates. If you are an advanced lifter obviously you will need to add a little bit more resistance but even for advanced lifters when focusing on form it is awesome. I love that I can work out here on my roof but you can also take it inside and work out inside. I love it. Now what is also awesome about this kit is it comes with the exercises. I've done almost all of the exercises in here so it's easy to follow, very easy to use and if you just don't know what to do then it's super helpful.
