Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI here and I'm here to share with you Guiding Sarge Journal. So they call this their gratitude journal and I have had plenty of gratitude journals but what sets this one apart from others is basically everything. It puts a whole different perspective on journals in my opinion. So what I really liked is when you first open it up it kind of tells you, just gives you a welcome message, it gives you a little bit of idea of what journaling is, which everybody sees journaling as different but this says self-care, I'm sorry, self-care journaling helps you gain clarity and it gives you gentle suggestions throughout the book of just different ways of journaling. That's the part that really, really interested me. So just in the very beginning there's like some reading but then it comes to like this is a little picture but you can write on it. So this day homeschool is driving me to color. That's how I felt when I started doing this. It was on my break from homeschooling and throughout this book there's little things like coloring pages and then they do have areas where you can actually write full on pages. The other thing that I thought was interesting is if you can see this, there are little dots on here so really the world is your oyster. When it comes to this page, it would kind of be fun just to create whatever and what I appreciate is this really made me realize that journaling is not just about writing. However, you can express yourself, however you can show gratitude, however you feel that day you can bring it out. Say you're just stressed and you normally would write something in it but see you know what is relaxing? Coloring. Coloring. I colored. It's just a great book. I really recommend it and that is just my point of view.
