HOPE'S 100% Pure Tung Oil

Hey guys, it's Alisha with WTI. If you're looking for an easy way to seal and protect your next woodworking project, check out this HOPE's 100% pure tongue oil. We were looking for a way to seal these butcher block countertops, and this tongue oil really did the trick. So we did mix this with a citrus solvent. This has no solvent in it. It is just the tongue oil itself. So it's very simple to use. Whether you have it with a solvent or not, you simply wipe it on and then wipe off the excess, and a little really goes a long way. We have a 128-ounce jar, and we did not need very much of it at all. For all four of these countertop slabs, it really does spread nice and thin. So the great thing about this tongue oil is that it really penetrates into the wood to give it a waterproof seal. So it's perfect for something like a countertop that would be exposed to moisture, and this is going to really help it last, and really just brings out that natural beauty of the wood grain. I really love how this project turned out. So this tongue oil worked super well for our project, and we're really happy with the results, and that's my point of view.
