It actually as you're sleeping the hyaluronic acid and five AHAs which are other like natural acids that slough off your dead skin cells. So as you're sleeping you really are working on your face. So that's why it's Beauty Sleep because you are beautifying in the night. I'm gonna show you the texture. It's a serum so it is sheer. It has a really nice light very very light coconut-y fragrance. You'll just use a little on your face. I put it on my whole face after I wash and then follow up with my moisturizer before I go to sleep. Even on my hand I can feel it does burn and tingle just a little bit because it is actually eating away at your dry dead skin cells and things. So it works. And even like I have it's hard to see because it's been working but I had a dark spot on my face and it has been slowly over time helping to get rid of that. You do during the day have to wear sunscreen when you're using this product because it makes your skin sensitive to light. But you can see now it's already gone in and you just use it at night while you're sleeping. It is amazing.
