It's easy to use. I can adjust the time with the buttons manually or use the remote control to turn it on and adjust the speed or time. I like that it comes with these resistant bands. It really helps me feel like I get a full body exercise. I like that a lot. There's a lot I can do, a lot of variations. And also, I like to store it. It's pretty compact. So this is great for in my home. I definitely feel like this is such an elevated way of living, especially since I'm always busy. This is an awesome product. I really love it.
