You get a one pound bag of pecan halves and I have to say there were very few broken pieces which is a nice bonus. Sometimes you find them all broken, but these were pretty much intact. I love the flavor of these. They taste nice and fresh and I love that these are just raw pecan halves. There is no salt, they are not cooked or roasted and there's no other oil, just raw pecans. So they are a blank slate to do whatever you want with them. I love to just throw a handful on my oatmeal for a little bit of crunch, but these are also delicious in baked goods. I like to make a homemade granola with these and when you do roast them they just have the most delicious crispness with this toasty, yummy roasted flavor and they're really good. But anyway you enjoy these you are gonna love them. They are a nice high quality fresh pecans and I really like them and that's my point of view.
