You get two of them, but you can put all your weight on it and it doesn't deflate or get pushed in or ruin the shape at all. They're really well made. I have really weak wrists and so these are really important for me when I'm doing Pilates moves or push-ups. And so these really help me to put my hands on it in a more comfortable way or even just on the floor. I do have a yoga mat, but sometimes it's not enough cushion. So these help provide a little more cushion on my elbows or on my knees as I'm doing workouts. So it makes it much more comfortable and I can focus on the actual exercise instead of positioning myself to make my hands or my elbows more comfortable.
