The single press trigger, you don't have to hold it down like other stick backs, which is super important. The lights are awesome. They really show you where the dirt is and then that swivel really helps you get into things, especially when you don't have time to move furniture around. It's great for all surfaces. I use it on wood, marble, carpet, tile, upholstery, and even dusting. It really gets in those nice tight spaces too. I love that brush attachment for my baseboards. I'll also hit up my window sills, even my patio door tracks that always seem to be dirty. That skinny attachment is awesome for the sofa. You can always just keep those attachments right there on the stick back too, just for convenience throughout the house. Then it turns right into a handheld, which I love for the car. I do my seats, my rugs, all those little crevices you can't normally reach. The dash, it's just awesome. It gets everywhere. There's a little tool for everything. Then when you need to empty it, you can just remove the whole canister. It all comes apart, even the HEPA filter. You can just tap that out and then you just give it a rinse in the sink and it's ready to use again. I've just been really impressed with this vacuum all around. I think this vacuum is a household must have, but that's just my point of view.
