Our Point of View on Great River Organic Milling Bread Flour From Amazon

Hey, I'm Sarah with WTI. I'm going to be doing some baking today in my kitchen and I'm going to use the flour I have right here behind me from the Great River Milling Company. It's an organic flour that I really love to use, especially when I'm making bread. This is a 25 pound bag. Let me bring you a little closer and show you what the flour looks like. So here's the bag of flour from Great River Organic Milling Company. A couple of things I love right away about this flour is because it comes in a 25 pound bag, I have a good supply of it. I do make bread every week, so I go through a lot of flour. It's 100% organic and it is an unbleached flour, which is really important to me. Okay, so here's a close up of the flour. I'm just going to get a little tiny bit just to show you the consistency. It's very finely milled. It's 100% organic white bread flour, but again, unbleached. I just wanted to highlight on the side of the flour, they have the story of the Great River Organic Milling Company, as well as their website where you can get more information and recipes. And they highlight how because they're organic, they are grown in an environment without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, which is a very important point for me as well. And that's my point of view.
