Dual Edge Aluminum Emulsion Scoop

Hi, this is Elizabeth with WTI. And this tool is going to help you put your emulsion on all of your silk screens. This is the Dual Edge Aluminum Emulsion Scoop Coder from GoldUpUSAInc. As you can see, this scoop is a little bit on the smaller size. It is the 6 inches. I decided to go with the small size because sometimes I am dealing with very small screens. That way it still fits inside of them. But it also still works if you're using an average size screen like a 10x14. It still works very good. I just end up using two separate strokes. And then that way it completely coats your screen. But I wanted to get a smaller size. That way it was a little bit more versatile and the different type of sizings that I wanted to use. Overall, the scoop works very good with coating. Your screens use any type of emulsion that you are comfortable with using. You will put it in the scooper. And then because of the dual edge, you can easily tilt it to the side at the proper angle to coat your screen. And when you are not using it, you are able to put it down and it can stand up straight on its own without tilting over. Overall, this scoop coder is very comfortable to handle and it helps to guide to put a smooth layer of emulsion on all of your screens.
