So I love this, especially if you have color treated hair, you've bleached your hair, you know that it can get dry and frizzy and it just needs a little love, a little hydration to bring it back to life. And so this is something you use in the shower after you've shampooed your hair. You put this in, I use it instead of conditioner. It's nice and thick, very thick consistency. It's very pretty, feminine, pleasant smell, not too overpowering. You let it sit in your hair from root to tip for three to five minutes. I leave it in there for the length of my shower and before I'm ready to get out, I rinse it out and it makes your hair nice and soft and smooth, tames the frizz, rehydrates, does all that good stuff. So definitely something that I think you should add to your shower routine, really great product. I have multiple products from this brand and I love every single one. So I would recommend it to you and that's my point of view.
